Lucas graduated from Willamette University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric. Lucas has an extensive background in Computer Science, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and Finance. Prior to graduating from Willamette, he participated in an internship program with Powell Valuation in Salem, Oregon.
Upon graduation, Lucas began working at PGP Valuation under the direct supervision of Grant Norling, a managing director and team leader in the Portland office. Under the supervision of Grant, he has provided professional assistance in the appraisal of a multitude of property types including: retail and office mixed-use properties; self-storage facilities; retail, commercial condominiums; proposed office buildings; proposed and existing dental clinics; proposed and existing medical buildings; commercial and mixed-use land; highest and best use analysis; highest and best use consultations.
