Brandon was born in Kelso, Washington, in 1985. He graduated from Willamette University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. In addition to the Economics degree, Brandon has an extensive background in Computer Science and Finance. Prior to graduating from Willamette, he participated in a joint internship program between Powell Valuation (Salem, OR) and the Willamette University Economics Department.

Upon graduation, Brandon began working at PGP Valuation under the direct supervision of Grant Norling, a managing director and team leader in the Portland office. Under the supervision of Grant, he has provided professional assistance in the appraisal of a multitude of property types including: residential, retail and office mixed-use properties; proposed and existing self-storage facilities; manufactured housing communities and mobile home parks; retail, commercial and residential condominiums; proposed office buildings; proposed and existing dental clinics; proposed and existing medical buildings; hostels; government office buildings; commercial and mixed-use land; highest and best use analyses; highest and best use consultations.

Additionally, Brandon has helped to increase the efficiency of the appraisal process through the development of several software applications and Microsoft Office^© Add-ins.
