We have changed the way we are doing business! In order to best support you and our clients we have moved to an online “comp request” system. Please fill out the following forms and we will do our best to fulfill your request for comparable data. Please note, we are now requiring that you submit a new lease or sale (brokered within the past 6 months) with each request for comparable data. This process is to ensure that we continue to build our databases to better serve you in the future. You are welcome to submit more than one lease at a time; however, at this point our systems are not set-up to track how many leases you have submitted. In return for the submission of a new comp to our system you will receive a standard data set (4-6 leases/sales) that best match the criteria you provide to us in the comp request form.
